Rails to Trails
This summer, Ella Mae and I want to hike on the some the Rails to Trails paths in Pennsylvania. This one is located North of Hamburg, across Rt 61 from Cabellas. You can see if there are any trails near you at www.railstotrails.org 
Jam Session
Last evening, the folks who are involved in the worship team at church got together to jam for awhile. Next Sunday I get to play drums at church for the first time. Should be fun!Thursday, March 18, 2010

Jamaican Bobsled Team
You have probably seen the movie Cool Runnings about the Jamaican Bobsled Team that competed at the Olympics some years ago. We had lunch at this Bobsled themed restaurant in Jamaica. They didn't have a team this year but they do have a dogsled team in the Iditarod race. http://www.jamaicadogsled.com/ Why can't they just be satisfied with the warm weather?

A Paradox
Since I'm involved with addictions treatment, this place in Jamaica caught my eye. For me, it would be like being on a diet and hanging out at the Krispy Kreme donut shop.Flowing Love
Yesterday an inmate gave me an awesome picture of how we are to love. I don't know about you, but I can't love on my own. I need help to love. His word picture was that we are pipes that allow God's love to flow through us into a thirsty world.
