Must Read Book
Loving Our Kids on Purpose by Danny Silk is an exclellent book on raising kids. I wish I would have read it when I was 20 instead of 50. He says that most of us have raised our kids according to the Old Testament paradigm; controlling our kids by fear and punishment. This book teaches parents how to train children to manage their freedoms and protect thier important heart-to-heart relationships.

Watching Lancaster Go By
Having a coffee at McDonalds on King St. If I sit here long enough, I often see someone I know walk by. The problem is, they usually don't want to see me. It's a little hard on my self esteem.

Watchman Nee Quote
Even if one has learned a whole set of methods, he is not therefore educated to be a Christian, because God's children must be born, not taught.
